Visits

To know how the site is used we use Umami, which counts visits without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you. It records the page, how long it was open, the country and city worked out from the internet connection, the type of device and browser, and the website that linked here. Your full internet address is never stored.

To see which parts of the site help, it also notes how long each page stays open in front of you, how far down it is read, which sections come into view, and which buttons and links are tapped, including the WhatsApp buttons. Still no cookies, and nothing that identifies you.

When you message us

If you message us on WhatsApp, we see what you send: your name, number and message, and any photos you choose to share. We use them only to answer you and to price your home, and we never pass them on.

The homes we fit

The system we fit keeps camera footage, your voice and your home's data on the hub in your house. We do not run a cloud that holds it. Only the alerts you choose to send leave the house.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time: on WhatsApp or by email at support@thesmarthomepro.co.uk.
